  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before pickup to receive a full refund. You can also cancel before the delivery is dispatched. Once the delivery is in progress, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for cancellations made before the delivery dispatch or in cases where the service was not provided due to our fault. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, and you will be notified immediately via email regarding the status of your refund.
